Thank YOU
Hey, I just wanted to say “Thank YOU!”
I really appreciate YOU – whether you’re a blog reader, an email subscriber, or member in one of my training programs.
YOU are the reason I’m still here… blogging, putting out training videos and resources. All the awesome success stories y’all email in, the comments you leave… makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside and motivates and inspires me to do more :-)
Thank YOU – from the bottom of my heart – for taking the time to read, watch, and put my content into action!
Want to know why I’m writing this message to you today?
When I put my gratitude rock in my pocket this morning, I thought of YOU and said my thanks.
I absolutely LOVE what I do teaching / helping real estate investors… and if it weren’t for your continued support, feedback, appreciation, I wouldn’t be here.
If you’re wondering what the heck a gratitude rock is, it’s pretty cool.
Have you seen the movie The Secret? (if not you should check it out… good stuff!)
If so, you probably remember the guy who talked about how he uses a rock (as a trigger) to remind him to give thanks for everything in his life… every time he puts it in his pocket in the morning or takes it out at night.
This is a great little tool to use to keep a positive mind set, an attitude of gratitude.
And since what you think about, you bring about. The more you think about the stuff in your biz and life that you’re thankful for, the more of it you get :-)
Check out my gratitude rock…
One of the suggestions from the guy on The Secret is not to just pick out any ol’ rock. Find one that’s special to you. I got mine above from my parents pond where I grew up.
So now for your assignment… go out today and find yourself a gratitude rock today. Put it in your pocket every morning / take it out at night… and say thanks to everything in your life as you do.
I appreciate ya :-)
– Patrick

It’s always great to hear about people who love what they do, Patrick! And, you’re definitely one of them. I think you put in a lot of time and work to help others. I saw “The Secret” awhile back, maybe it’s time to re-visit again. Good idea about the gratitude rock; I used to collect seashells and rocks as a kid. Maybe it’s time to go back to my childhood and find one myself! :)
p.s. Since we’re on the subject of “thank you,” I thank you for referring the Flip Mino. I bought it recently and have been playing around with it non-stop – it’s such an awesome tool and very easy to use!!
Hey Rachel,
Yeah, I’ve enjoyed revisiting The Secret every so often. Guess it’s time for you to start collecting rocks again… haha…
You’re welcome for referring you to the Flip. As a big fan myself, I’m happy to spread the good word about ’em.

thank you for the craigslist template. three of my craigslist accounts were put on hold by craigslist. have you or heard of anybody else getting their craigslist accounts stopped.
I am trying to wholesale homes in the sacramento ca area.
Hey Gordon, I’ve had some of my ads get flagged and taken down… but have not had any accounts get put on hold.
I would think they would give you some feedback as to why you’re accounts were put on hold.
You may need to just be careful what you post in certain categories.

I love the secret. Always gets me back on track with where I want to be and what I want to do with my life. I’ve had my gratitude rock with me at all times for the last three months.
At first, I had a 6 pound hunk of concrete. I was very thankful. Just kidding. I’ve got a nice polished stone with fossils in it.
Great post.
Yep, I feel the same way Danny. Re-watching it definitely helps me stay on track.
haha… I bet you were pretty thankful with a 6 lb hunk of concrete.
