Thanks for sharing your story Esi. I have been working on getting my wholesaling business on and off for over a year now. It is a lot more work than I expected and takes tons of perseverance and patience. It’s good to know that if you keep working at it, that it will pay off.

I currently have a property that I am sort of stuck with I have alot of people calling to look at it but really no one has come foward with an offer I am stressed out because I put it under contract about 2 weeks ago. I even dropped the price. What would be your suggestion?

Isn’t it great to know that your life’s pursuits can change in an instant of an AHA moment. This is what I tell my children. However, they must fill their brains with substantive content rather than the junk and noise that is pervasive in their young adolescent minds. Esi its good to know that you have had success in you wholesaling pursuits and that makes me strive harder to reach my goals and challenges. Great work Esi!
