Are you new to this series? If so, click here to start with the introduction.

In a moment, Esi is going to share with you:

= > The REVELATION she had sitting by her daughters bedside in the hospital that’s completely changed her life … FOREVER

= > How she closed her first deal (just this past February) and within two months closed 4 properties

= > Best of all… How she now has the luxury of staying home with her daughters who are 2 1/2 and 1 year old

= > And much more!

That’s what wholesaling real estate has done for her and her family!

How many of you want that?

AND Esi not only has a free valuable resource she’s giving ya below, she also has a BONUS giveaway (a *special* marketing piece she uses in her business to get the phone – in her words – “ringing off the hook!”)  BUT it’s only for the first 20 people who leave a comment. More on that in a moment.

Esi thanks for the great info. I’m a newbie and am looking for ways to get my business going. This information will be a great help!!!

  4. Manny says:

Real Estate more than anything requires action. By so doing, you closed on your first deal that has led you at your present position. It’s a reminder that there’s got to be a start; and starting’s got to be wherever one happens to be. That means locally to get a feel for your market.

Hey Esi, Thanks for all the good information. I can really relate as things dont always work out like you would like. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

    Terry

Esi: Thanks Terry. It can be disappointing and discouraging when you are starting out and thinking every deal will workout only to find out the hard way that only a hand full of several leads end up at the closing table.

Veronica on July 22nd, 2010 at 9:28 am

    Hi Esi,
You give me motivation. Thanks for your video. I currently have a property that I am sort of stuck with I have alot of people calling to look at it but really no one has come foward with an offer I am stressed out because I put it under contract about 2 weeks ago. I even dropped the price. What would be your suggestion?

Esi: Thanks Veronica. I understand your frustration especially if this is your first deal. Some of the challenges you will face is getting houses that investors are looking for, not just any good deal. There are a lot of good deals out there, but finding the kind of houses cash buyers are looking for is the key. One thing you can do is try to sell it through a local wholesaler and share the profit. Also analyze your marketing strategy and ramp it up (bandit signs, direct mail, website, free classifieds like craigslist, other wholesalers, word of mouth, REIA clubs) etc).If you still have more questions, be sure to send me an email through my blog and I’ll be happy to help.

    Hello Esi:

Great information!!! It is very helpful to a newbie real estate investor like me. Thank you so much!!! I plan on putting this information into action immediately.
As a new real estate investor I am struggling to get my first deal done. This will help. If you have any other information, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you so much!!!

    JEM

Hi Jem, good to see you are taking action. It’s difficult, I know. If it was easy, everyone will be doing it. Just keep working hard and once you get your first deal, you will see the light. When I first started, I thought I wasn’t going to ever get my first deal, because every lead I thought was a deal seem to be falling apart, but one analogy that kept me going was i felt I was close to the top of the mountain and all i needed to do was get to the top and it will be smooth sailing afterwards. It helped me a great deal get through all the disappointments and it still does. I hope it works for you.

Isn’t it great to know that your life’s pursuits can change in an instant of an AHA moment. This is what I tell my children. However, they must fill their brains with substantive content rather than the junk and noise that is pervasive in their young adolescent minds. Esi its good to know that you have had success in you wholesaling pursuits and that makes me strive harder to reach my goals and challenges. Great work Esi!

Esi: Thanks Kevin. You are very right. Before reading Think and grow rich, I had tried other business ventures that didn’t pan out and I was ready to throw in the towel, but that book told me not so fast and made my entrepreneurial spirit come back alive. Nothing like an AHA moment.

Hey Esi, great video. Loved your pdf on 10 tools. I’m already using 8 of the 10, so I was feeling pretty confident that we were on the “same page” about how to run the business. All except for the VA. Would you tell us more about how to get a VA to help out? That would help my business so much. Thanks, Janine

Esi: Woohoo! Janine, you are definitely on a roll. Sounds like you know what you are doing. Glad you loved the tools. A VA definitely helps with all the busy work you don’t want to waste time doing. I found my VA through yourvas.com and she is fantastic. There are tons of resumes to look through, identify a few resumes you like, contact and interview the VA and choose one. If you want more info be sure to let me know.
