Real Estate Investment Tips and Strategies : Power of the Thank You Note
After each appointment that we have with a seller, we mail a thank you note out by the next day. This seems to set the tone from the beginning of our relationship. If we got a contract when we met with them, this lets them know that they are dealing with a professional company and tends to set them at ease. If the seller was not ready to sign a contract, this gesture sets us apart from other investors that they may be meeting with soon. Simple yet effective.
