What’s a ‘Typical’ Wholesale Profit?
Hey guys, we’ve got a special treat for y’all today! I’m gonna bring you an answer to an important question that was recently asked in one of our closed door audio coaching sessions at Strategic Investor Insiders Circle. Julie from Long Beach asked:
“With wholesaling, what margins do you usually work with? Is it a set percent or does it vary with the deal?”
This question is an important one because in the answer we gave, we spoke a lot to the power of your belief and what you think is possible. And you’ll hear JP Moses specifically talk about how he had, at one point, a limiting belief that stifled his profits. And once we had a mental shift, his average profits per deal really skyrocketed.
So, if you’ve ever wondered what’s normal, or what should be normal, or you thought that wholesale profits in your area don’t match up with what wholesale profits are in other areas, then this slice of informative audio is right up your alley.
Without further ado, give it a listen and enjoy…
